Launching April 2026, the 1LV Thrive Community is a cross-sector membership community designed to support mid-career women at the most pivotal stage of their careers.
Built on the belief that women Thrive when they are connected, confident, and capable, the 1LV Thrive Community provides the space, support, and practical tools mid-career women need to grow, lead, and flourish — on their own terms.
This is a groundbreaking space where women are seen, heard, and meaningfully resourced. A space to move beyond survival and build the confidence and agency to Thrive over the long term.
What Membership Includes
Members receive an average of 4 hours of quality content,
group and/or 1:1 sessions each month.
