Mid-career women are the backbone of our organisations and our economy. Their expertise is proven. Their leadership is critical.


And yet this is often the point when talented women begin to feel overlooked, stretched thin, or quietly pushed to the margins. Mid-career is also when many encounter some of the toughest structural barriers. 
 

Women shouldn’t have to just survive this stage - they need support to thrive. They need confidence, practical resources, mentorship, and strong networks that empower them to take the next steps with clarity and momentum.

That’s where One Loud Voice comes in. 

On 28 April 2026, we’re opening the doors to the 1LV Thrive Community - a bold new initiative designed to unlock opportunity, visibility and momentum for mid-career women at a pivotal stage in their careers.


This is a space to connect, reflect, share experiences and build the support systems that help women not just continue - but thrive.


To mark the opening of the community, we’re inviting mid-career women to join a special 1LV Thrive

LIVE online event.


This conversation will introduce the community, bring together women navigating similar career moments, and open up an honest dialogue about what mid-career really looks like today
