One Loud Voice Presents:
1LV Thrive Community

International Women's Day 2026

We're at a crossroads. Progress on gender equality in the workplace is stalling and in some areas, slipping backwards. Mid-career women, the backbone of our economy and organisations, are facing unprecedented pressure. Their talent is vital. Their experience is proven. Yet too many are being overlooked.

One Loud Voice is changing that.

On International Women's Day 2026, we will introduce 1LV Thrive Community - a bold new initiative designed to unlock opportunity, visibility, and momentum for mid-career women when they need it most.

Why This Matters Now?

International Women's Day 2026

Mid-career women are stuck in what we call the "sticky middle" - caught between early-career support and senior leadership opportunities.

They face:
International Women's Day 2026
  • Career plateaus, with limited and unclear pathways to advancement

  • Invisibility, despite delivering consistently at high levels

  • Isolation, without access to influential networks or sponsors

  • Self-doubt, fuelled by systems that don't actively champion their success

The cost of inaction is real: Lost talent. Slower innovation. Weaker leadership pipelines. A less resilient economy.
When we invest in mid-career women:
  • Businesses gain stronger, more diverse leadership

  • Communities thrive

  • The next generation sees what's possible

  • The entire system grows stronger
