Diversity, Equity and Inclusion experts joined with Human Resource leaders, board executives, and women – and men – who are pushing for change, as 1LV launched WE+.

The event, held at leading law firm Withers Worldwide in London, showcased the power of Women + Equality (WE+). This new benchmark identifies the gender equity metrics that research and long experience show to be key in understanding where an organisation is as it strives fro equality. Seven key areas are measured, including a commitment to gender equality and an end to the gender pay gap.
