Volunteer Mentor Speak
Yes. We’re looking for mentors who can support mid-career women through peer mentoring, group mentoring, or informal mentorship connections within the community. If you have experience, insights, or simply a willingness to support other women, we’d love to hear from you. Contact info@oneloudvoice.co.uk with a bit about your background and availability.
Yes. We welcome facilitators who can run workshops or masterclasses on topics relevant to mid-career women – for example leadership, communication, career transitions, confidence, negotiation, AI tools, networking, or work-life integration. If you have expertise to share, contact info@oneloudvoice.co.uk with your proposed topic and experience.
Yes. We’re always looking for speakers for webinars, fireside chats, panel discussions, and community events. If you have a compelling story, expertise, or insights that would resonate with mid-career women, we’d love to hear from you. Yes. We welcome volunteers to help with event logistics, hosting, tech support, welcomes, and behind-the-scenes delivery for both online and in-person events. If you’d like to contribute your time and energy to make events run smoothly, contact info@oneloudvoice.co.uk and tell us about your availability and skills.
It varies. Mentoring might be an hour a month. Running a workshop could be 1–2 hours prep plus 1 hour delivery. Speaking at an event might be 30 minutes to an hour. Event volunteering could be a few hours per event. We’re flexible and grateful for whatever time you can offer – we’ll work with your availability.
Volunteering with One Loud Voice is voluntary and unpaid. However, we deeply value your contribution and will always recognise and celebrate the time and expertise you share. For some speaking or workshop facilitation roles, we may be able to discuss honoraria or expenses – contact us to discuss specific situations.
