Thrive is for mid-career women navigating the most pivotal (and often overlooked) stage of their working lives – the “sticky middle”. If you’re building confidence, considering your next step, returning after a change, ready to stretch into bigger leadership, or simply want a community of peers who get it – you’ll be in the right place.
If you’re roughly 6–20 years into your career (often around 10+ years), Thrive is designed with you in mind. If you’re unsure, email us at info@oneloudvoice.co.uk and we’ll help you work out whether it’s the right fit.
Thrive isn’t designed for:
Early-career professionals (0–5 years) – you need different support at this stage
Senior executives already in C-suite roles – you’re beyond the “sticky middle”
People looking for quick fixes or passive networking – Thrive requires engagement and commitment
Those seeking therapy or clinical mental health support – we offer career development and peer support, not therapy
Thrive is for women ready to actively invest in their career development, engage with a supportive community, and do the work to move from surviving to thriving.
No. Thrive is cross-sector. Our members come from different industries, job types and career paths – and that’s part of the magic. You don’t need a certain title to belong here.
Yes. Most of our programme is delivered online, so you can take part wherever you’re based. We also run occasional in-person events in the UK.
Thrive membership is currently designed for mid-career women. If you’re an ally and want to support the mission, there are meaningful ways to do that – from sponsoring places through #GivetoGain to partnering with us or donating. If you’re not sure what applies to you, contact us and we’ll guide you.
Yes. We’re aiming to offer around 30–50 fully sponsored places in Year 1. Places are limited and we prioritise reducing barriers to access. If cost is the main thing holding you back, please get in touch.
