GENDER PAY GAP - We are amplifying organizations that are fighting for the gender pay gap to be closed (through accurate gender pay gap reporting).
SHARED PARENTAL LEAVE - 1LV want to create an open dialogue around shared parental leave, as it has a direct impact on the way gender equality at work progresses over time.
ENGAGING MEN AS ALLIES - 1LV engages men as allies and wants to make sure men are a huge part of the change towards gender equality at work. We share resources that allow men to feel connected to the movement.
1LV supports the #ResetTheTimeline @spktralUK campaign (on pay gap analysis and reporting).
