  • businesses, consultants and organisations we collaborate with as sponsors, funders or services One Loud Voice delivers

  • other organisations such as charities, local authorities, networks we collaborate with to promote our work


We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you about our work we are doing, any news update, events and surveys we might be organising. We might also use the information as part of any research we might be undertaking.
 

We may share this information with our sponsors and organisations and their employees we are working with to promote the work of One Loud Voice. We may also share this information with individuals working with One Loud Voice as trustees, employees or approved volunteers.

Your information is securely stored. We keep personal information for a period of no longer than 5 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting all digital and physical records.
