One Loud Voice is proud to support the Working Forward Campaign initiated by the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
Working Forward is a nationwide campaign backed by some of the UK’s leading businesses and industry bodies, to make workplaces the best they can be for pregnant women and new parents.
It’s free for any organisation to join the Working Forward campaign. Organisations are asked to sign the Working Forward Pledge to make their workplace the best it can be for pregnant women and new parents.
Working Forward have identified four action areas to help organisations to maintain their pledge – leadership, employee confidence, supporting line managers and flexible working – which could help make a real difference not only to the experiences of pregnant women and new parents but to all employees.
1LV will be asking our supporters to lend their voices to this campaign to ensure that working women support and understand the campaign, can encourage their organisations to sign up to the pledge and to extend the reach of the messages across all sectors of industry.
